What We Provide:

• Access to MobyMax educational platform for your enrolled children
• Support and guidance via WhatsApp and email
• Parent resources including motivational guides and study plans
• Email support (response times vary by plan)
• Priority support for Silver and Gold members

14-Day FREE Trial:

• Duration: 14 calendar days from signup
• Payment: No credit/debit card or payment required to start
• Access: Full access to Mobymax. Full Exceptional Result's resources only available on subscription.
• Conversion: Trial does NOT automatically convert to paid subscription
• End of trial: You must actively choose to subscribe after trial ends

How Subscriptions Work:

1. Start with 14-day FREE trial (no payment required)
2. After trial, choose your monthly subscription plan
3. Monthly billing begins when you actively subscribe

Billing & Renewal:

• Monthly billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Payment date: Same day each month as your initial subscription
• Payment methods: Via Payfast (credit/debit card)
• Failed payments: Account suspended after 7 days grace period

Plan Features:

Upgrades & Downgrades:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current billing period
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for the current month
• Note: Copper subscriptions are restricted to children aged 2-5 years only

Educational Results:

Whilst MobyMax has proven effective for many students, we cannot guarantee specific academic improvements, grade advances, or test score increases. Educational outcomes depend on:

• Consistent daily use (minimum 20 minutes per subject recommended)
• Individual student effort and engagement
• Parental involvement and support
• Starting academic level and learning challenges

Third-Party Service:

We do not control MobyMax's platform and cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Specific features will remain unchanged
• Technical performance or speed
• Compatibility with all devices

Acceptable Use:

• One subscription per household
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• No sharing login credentials outside your household

Prohibited Actions:

• Reselling or redistributing access
• Using automated tools or bots
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the platform
• Excessive support requests (more than 10 per month)
• Creating multiple free trial accounts

Violation consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund.

Free Trial Cancellation:

• No cancellation needed - trial ends automatically after 14 days
• No charges will occur unless you actively subscribe

Subscription Cancellation:

1. Login to your account
2. Navigate to "Subscription"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. You will receive email confirmation

Cancellation Terms:

• Access continues until the end of your paid period
• No partial month refunds
• Re-enrolment allowed but previous pricing not guaranteed
• New free trials not available to previous subscribers

What We Collect:

• Parent name, email, and phone number
• Children's first names, ages, and grades
• Payment information (processed securely by Paystack/Payfast)
• Support correspondence

Our Commitments:

• Full POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) compliance
• Never sell or share personal information
• No marketing to children
• Secure data storage with encryption
• Right to data deletion upon request

Third-Party Data:

MobyMax collects and stores learning progress data. Their privacy policy governs this data. We do not have access to detailed learning analytics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• Not responsible for MobyMax platform changes or issues
• Maximum liability limited to one month's subscription fee
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for academic performance or outcomes

Our Fairness Pledge:

• 30 days advance notice for any material changes
• Email notification to all active subscribers
• Option to cancel without penalty if you disagree
• Price increases limited to once per year maximum (typically 1 January)

Minor changes (typos, clarifications) may be made without notice but will never adversely affect your rights.
